A licensed arborist is a tree care professional who has been specially trained in the field of Arboriculture. These professionals have undergone extensive training and have passed a detailed state examination, overseen by a panel of experts in order to become licensed. After gaining a license, an arborist is required by state law to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) each year in order to remain current with the latest conditions within our state, diseases affecting trees and shrubs, as well as the latest developments and technological advances within the industry.
Licensed Arborists are able to diagnose and treat issues affecting trees and shrubs; maintain the health of trees and shrubs by administering treatments, fertilization, and nutrition; provide skillful pruning; and identify risks, hazards, and damage.
Tree work, especially pruning and removal, requires a great deal of skill and care, and should only be attempted by a licensed professional, utilizing the proper tools and equipment to complete the job safely.
Absolutely! We make sure all large pieces of wood (unless you would like to keep them for firewood) are removed, all brush is chipped and removed, and that your yard is neatly raked up after the job is completed.

Can Pruning be done Year Round?
Yes. It is perfectly safe to prune your trees at any time of the year.
There are many reasons to prune your trees. Pruning can help the tree to become stronger, more productive, and healthier. It can also help to reduce hazards, as well as improve aesthetics.
Do I Need to be Home When My Job is Being Done?
No. We understand that our customers lead busy lives, and we do our best not to disrupt our customers' schedules.
We go over the entire job to be done, the location of the trees, and a description of the work to be performed during our meeting with you at the time of the estimate. We take it from there, so you do not have to worry about tree work interfering with your day.
